 should your item be damaged in transit.

 ORDERS

  Ordering From Collectible Doll Sales Inc. Is Easy
  You automatically create an account when you
  place your order. We can not accept orders over the phone,
  fax or email. All orders must be placed on line

  Our site is secure and has gone through merchant compliance

 All orders and pre-orders are done as special order and are a final sale
     once you confirm and pay for your order. We sell limited edition dolls , so   quantities are limited and the doll or collectible is reserved for you when   payment is made 


 You are guaranteed to receive the item you order as we get a confirmation   from the manufacturer


 Once we receive and place your order
 with the manufacturer , we do not   allow 
changes and will not cancel the order
 it is a final sale
 with no returns
 We only allow substitutions for equal value
  if an item is sold out at the     manufacturer
  when we go to place your order
 


 If we receive your order and it is damaged
 in transit from the manufacturer   we issue credit 
 back to the credit card within 30 days excluding holiday   closure


 If an item does not go into production or
 becomes discontinued before we   ship
 your order,  we will issue credit back to the credit card within 30 days   excluding holiday closure


If there is an error in pricing or quantity due to a typographical error or change in pricing from the manufacturer,  you will be notified when the order is processed and we will make  the correction and notify you. 


ALL PRE-ORDERS AND ORDERS ARE CHARGED IN FULL AT THE TIME OF SALE and are considered SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE due to all items being limited editions and limited in quantities available.

 

If your order is returned for any reason or refused , the customer will be responsible for all return and reshipping charges before we re-ship

If you refuse your order for any reason, we will not be responsible and will not issue credit as all orders are pre-order and final sales

If we receive our order from the manufacturer and for some reason it is damaged and then goes full sell out, we will issue credit back against the credit card in 30 days excluding holidays and holiday closure

All items are limited edition merchandise hand painted, sizing is approximate and there may be slight variations from catalog photos with costumes and paint colors. We will not be responsible for variations by the manufacturer

We list items by description of the merchandise not item number, so when doing a search please search by item name to locate the item on our website

Items are listed by collection to match Katherine's Collection website

 We are a licensed dealer for Katherine's Collection for over 10 years and use catalog photos only and sell new in box only. All merchandise comes direct from Katherine's Collection and is inspected when we receive merchandise from Katherine's Collection and again prior to shipping

 


  SHIPPING
  

  We ship UPS ground insured signature required

   continental USA ( lower 48 states ) only to the confirmed billing address

    on the credit card only Tuesday and Thursday each week

   except for holidays and business holiday closure in December

   Orders over $200 ship Free of charge 

    If the item is in stock it ships the first available shipping
    date after payment clearance

    If the merchandise is a pre-order it will state the
    expected beginning shipping times and ending times
    for each collection.  Pre-orders are special orders
    and final sales and are shipped as they arrive in 
    our warehouse from the manufacturer during the 
    shipping period listed in the description

   Visa and M/C take two business days following
   payment batch settlement. American Express takes
   three business days. Our batch settles at 6 pm est
   daily. If your purchase is made after 6pm it settles
   in the next days batch

   CANCELLATIONS, CHARGE BACKS FROM YOUR CREDIT

   CARD COMPANY AND ORDERS RETURNED DUE TO CUSTOMER

   NOT ACCEPTING SHIPMENT FOR ANY REASON


   Should we have to cancel an order for any reason 
   a cancellation fee of 50% of the original order total
   charged to the customer as well as an administrative fee
   of 25% of the original order total is deducted from credit

If we  ship your order and it is returned to us the customer   will be  responsible for UPS return    shipping fees , our original shipping charges even if we shipped free to you  as well as a      restocking charge of 15% a cancellation charge of 50% plus an administrative charge of 25% of  the original order amount

 

  ADDITIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

     
   We ship UPS ground insured for purchase price

    to the billing address on the credit card only, signature
    required, no exceptions. Orders over $100 ship Free 

    We do not ship to Post office boxes. If your billing address is a po  
    box you will need to provide your physical street address at time of sale            
   We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Internationally
   UPS tracking information is emailed to the customer when
   we ship. It is the customer's responsibility to make arrangements
   to be available to sign for the package
   If your package is refused or returned for any reason
   customer will be responsible for return and reshipping charges
   before we re-ship as well as a restocking fee of 50% of the original charge
   amount total

  If we receive your shipment back we will notify you so you can make 
  arrangements to pay the return and reshipping charges. We ship
  free on all items  excluding clearance items only one time
  as a courtesy to the customer. 
  If we do not hear from you within 3 days of email notification that your
  package was returned or is being returned,  we will not hold the                     merchandise
  for you and you will not be refunded. You will forfeit the sale due to all 
  of the excess shipping charges and you will be charged a restocking                charge  50%
  of the original total amount of your order
  We will not be responsible for any damages or to file a ups claim for
  returned merchandise. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they
  are available to sign as we always send ups tracking notification when we      ship
  We do not allow any changes to our original shipping instructions
  to be made by the consignee. If you make any changes without our
  authorization be will not be liable for the shipment in any regard 
 Once your order is manifested for shipment and on our loading docks
  to be picked up , we can not make changes to the shipment 
  We do not hold shipments. We ship within 24-48 business hours of 
  payment clearance . Payment must clear our bank first

BREAKAGE POLICY FOR SHIPMENTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

    All shipments are insured for purchase price

    If you receive your merchandise broken we must receive 
    notification in writing within 3 business days after receiving   
    shipment as well as the required photos below before
    we file the damage claim with UPS


     We must receive photos listed below so we can file the
     claim with UPS. We do photo inspection only and file the 
     damage after the required photos are received    


     Photos required are the outer shipping box showing damage,
     photo of our shipping label, photo of all original packaging   
     material, photo of damaged merchandise itself

     Required photos need to be sent to angelkisses875@gmail.com
     within 3 business days of reported damage and must be normal 
     file size, JPG format, legible and sent individually so they can be
     forwarded to UPS damages department for a photo inspection
    
     The claims process takes approximately 14-21 business days
      It can run longer depending on the time of year

     We will reship depending on availability or issue credit back to the credit         car  once UPS has assumed liability for the damage and the claim check         has  been received and clears our bank within 14 business days excluding       holidays


     We will notify the customer of the status once the claims
      process is completed and the check has cleared our bank

      Please hold all original packaging and damaged merchandise
      for UPS salvage call tag which they will issue once the claim
      is completed. 

      The damaged Merchandise must be made available for UPS to
      pick up if they approve the claim. They make only three attempts
      to retrieve the damaged merchandise

      If the damaged merchandise is not made available for pick up no
      credit will be issued and or your issued credit will be reversed

      THE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN THE BOX 
      AND AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP

      Do not return the damaged merchandise to us it will be refused 
      and claim voided. We do not take returns

      ONCE THE CLAIMS PROCESS IS STARTED AND PHOTOS RECEIVED
      FOR THE DAMAGED SHIPMENT , WE CAN NOT STOP THE CLAIMS
      PROCESS FOR ANY REASON AND WE CAN NOT REVERSE IT
      
      PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU WANT US TO FILE THE CLAIM BEFORE 
      PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGED SHIPMENT ARE SENT FOR INSPECTION         
      
      THIS IS A TIME CONSUMING PROCESS FOR US DEALING WITH UPS        
      AND CAN TAKE 3-4 HOURS OF OUR TIME SPEAKING TO INSPECTORS,
      PULLING PAPERWORK AND SUBMITTING PAPERWORK

      WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE DAMAGE OR CLAIM HANDLING IF
      YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE PROCEDURES LISTED ABOVE THROUGH
      COMPLETION OF THE ENTIRE PROCESS

      IF YOU DO NOT MAKE THE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE AVAILABLE
      ONCE UPS ASSUMES LIABILITY  AND THE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
      IS NOT IN THE BOX OR IT IS NOT OUR MERCHANDISE , THE CLAIM
      AND OUR LIABILITY FOR THE SHIPMENT WILL BE VOIDED

      EMBELLISHMENTS COMING LOOSE OR OFF THE MERCHANDISE
      DURING TRANSIT IS NOT DAMAGE, THEY CAN EASILY BE RE-GLUED
      WITH A HOT GLUE GUN OR REGULAR GLUE. DAMAGE CLAIMS ARE
      FILED FOR BREAKAGE ONLY.  BREAKAGE MUST BE REPORTED 
      IN THREE BUSINESS DAYS FROM SIGNED RECEIPT


WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER BREAKAGE /DAMAGE CLAIM

  • UPS does not cover damage to boxes only the merchandise 
  • Redirected shipments are not covered under the damage policy
  • Any and all shipping charges are not covered under the 
    damage policy
  • Any merchandise Collectible Doll Sales deems is not our   
    merchandise from the original sale is not covered


        
  * Embellishments on the costume that come loose or off during transit can        easily be re-glued

                 
 LOSS POLICY

   • All of our shipments require credit card holder signature
   • If we show a confirmed delivery from UPS with signature , we 
     will  not be responsible for loss
   • We check all merchandise thoroughly and make sure all quantities                   ordered
     are what is shipped, so we do not cover any claims for shortage

   

     WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

   

      Should you receive the wrong item which is a rare occurrence ,
      we must be notified within 3 business days of you receiving   
      your order and it must be in writing
 and we must have photo
      proof showing we shipped the wrong item
      It will be the responsibility of the customer to return the wrong
      merchandise no later than 5 business days after receipt.
      Return must be made UPS ground only, insured signature 
      required. Do not use another carrier or it will void  replacement  
      You will be given a return authorization number from our office
      for your return
      Any unauthorized returns will be refused
      Once we receive and have inspected the return we will either 
      reship free of  charge if the original merchandise is still available   
      or issue credit back to credit card if the item is already   
      sold out at the manufacturer within 7-10 business days excluding

      holiday closure
      Credit will be for the original amount of the order. We do not
      credit return shipping charges
      If we determine it is not our original merchandise, we will not 
      reship or issue credit and you will be notified

   

   REFUSED SHIPMENTS

      If you refuse to sign for your shipment or refuse shipment, and
      your shipment is returned to us for any reason we will not be    
      responsible  for any damage, breakage or to file a UPS claim
      or issue credit
     UPS makes three delivery attempts and leaves notification to the    
     customer after each attempt. If by the third attempt they are unable       
     to deliver your shipment and it is returned to us, customer will be       
     responsible for return and reshipping charges or any damages

   
    There will also be a restocking charge of 50% plus an administrative
    charge of 25% of the original order total

    INVENTORY AVAILABILITY
   
    Collectible Doll Sales handles dolls and  
    collectibles by world re-known artists and 
    manufacturers
    Due to the hand-made nature of many of these  
    pieces, some items shown on our web-site are
    not  available for immediate delivery. 
    Manufactured pieces also have hand-made 
    components that can delay their arrival in stock.   
    Unless there is an item description or e-mail or   
    web-site announcement specifically stating that
    an item is in stock, the item may not be in stock.

    prior to placing your order
    We try to answer all email within 72 business

 BACK ORDERS, DISCONTINUED, OUT OF STOCK , MERCHANDISE

 NOT PUT INTO PRODUCTION

    If you purchase an item and it is on back-order , sold out, 
    discontinued or not put into production at the manufacturer, we will

    ask you to select a similar item and if none is available at the same price

     we will issue credit back to the card within 14 business days excluding

    holiday closures
    If we receive an order in from a vendor and your item is damaged

    in transit to us, we issue credit back to the original credit card within

    30 days excluding holiday closure
