CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED
We accept Visa, MC and Discover for your shopping convenience. We do not accept paypal or American Express It must be a US credit card with a US billing and ship to address. We do not accept International cards
SHIPPING
We ship UPS ground to the confirmed billing address on the credit card only, no exceptions We do not Ship to PO Boxes We ship continental USA only We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico or Internationally All shipment must be signed for by an adult over 18 Time permitting, we forward tracking to your email address so you know when to expect your shipment and someone is there available to sign
DAMAGE POLICY
All items are shipped UPS ground insured If your item breaks in transit we will file the claim for you We must be notified within 3 business days of UPS delivery date that your item arrived broken
We cover breakage only. You must take photos of the breakage and inner and outer boxes and forward them to us via email within three business days of receiving your order If UPS does not assume liability for the breakage , we will not reimburse the card or issue store credit We will reimburse your credit card within 72 business hours once UPS claim payment is received and cleared our bank should they assume liability. The claims process takes 4-6 weeks to complete UPS does not cover damage to boxes only the material inside If you re-direct your shipment to another location we will not be responsible for loss or damage to your package
Shipping charges are not credited
LOSS POLICY
If we show a confirmed delivery from UPS, we will not be responsible if someone takes your package once Ups confirms delivery as all packages must be signed for
We ship all items purchased individually and each box must be signed for. We check all merchandise thoroughly and make sure all quantities ordered are what is shipped, so we do not cover any claims for shortage
INVENTORY AVAILABILITY
Collectible Doll Sales handles dolls and collectibles by world re-known artists and manufacturers. Due to the hand-made nature of many of these pieces, some items shown on our web-site are not available for immediate delivery. Manufactured pieces also have hand-made components that can delay their arrival in stock. Unless there is an item description or e-mail or web-site announcement specifically stating that an item is in stock, the item may not be in stock.
We will be more than happy to check an item's availability if you email us at angelkisses875@aol.com We try to answer all email within 72 business hours excluding our Christmas closing
We are unable to verify inventory availability or ship between December 15-January 15th each year as our offices and warehouse are closed for Christmas Holiday
If you purchase an item and it is on back-order or discontinued at the manufacturer, we will issue a store credit only . We do not issue credit back to the credit card under any circumstances. Your store credit can be applied to any other item from our store website
If we receive an order in from a vendor and your item is damaged in transit to us, we issue a store credit only for the amount of your sale We do not issue credit back to the card under any circumstances
This credit is good for 6 months only from the date of original purchase and must be used within that time period. If not used it will be considered null and void after 6 mo from initial purchase
CHARGEBACKS
Should we get a charge back from your credit card company we will dispute this as all policies and procedures are listed for our store on our website for all customers to review prior to purchase
If we receive a chargeback and you have already been issued a store credit, should we receive any additional charges from our credit card processor they will be deducted from the amount of your credit.
Chargeback fees to us are between $30-35
