Store Policies for Collectible Doll Sales
CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED
• We accept Visa, MC, Discover and American Express • We do not accept Paypal , Check Or Money Order • US credit card with a US billing and ship to address only
• We do not accept International credit cards
• We accept payment through our secure shopping cart only.
• We do not take phone payments
ORDERS
• All orders and pre-orders are final sale
once you confirm and pay for your order • Once we receive and place your order
with the manufacturer , we do not allow
changes and will not cancel the order
it is a final sale
• We only allow substitutions for equal value
if an item is sold out at the manufacturer
when we go to place your order
• If we receive your order and it is damaged
in transit from the manufacturer we issue store
credit only per our store policy that customer
agrees to when they make the original purchase
• If an item does not go into production or
becomes discontinued before we ship
your order, we will issue in house store credit only
SHIPPING
• We ship UPS ground continental USA only to the confirmed billing address on the credit card only • Signature is required on all deliveries, no exceptions • We do not ship to Post office boxes • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Internationally • UPS tracking information is emailed to the customer when we ship • If your package is refused or returned for any reason customer will be responsible for return and reshipping charges before we re-ship
• We do not allow any changes to our original shipping instructions to be made by the consignee. If you make any changes without our authorization be will not be liable for the shipment in any regard
BREAKAGE POLICY FOR SHIPMENT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
• All shipments are insured for purchase price • If you receive your merchandise damaged we must receive notification in writing within 3 business days after receiving shipment • We must receive photos listed below so we can file the claim with UPS • Photos required are outer shipping box showing damage, photo of our shipping label, photo of all original packaging material, photo of damaged merchandise itself • Required photos need to be sent to angelkisses875@aol.com within 5 business days of reported damage and must be normal file size and ledgible • The claims process takes approximately 14-21 business days • We reimburse with in house store credit or re-ship depending on merchandise availability once UPS has assumed liability for the damage • We will notify the customer of the status once the claims process is completed • Please hold all original packaging and damaged merchandise for UPS salvage call tag which they will issue once the claim is completed • Do not return the damaged merchandise to us it will be refused and claim voided
WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER DAMAGE/BREAKAGE CLAIM
• UPS does not cover damage to boxes only the merchandise • Redirected shipments are not covered under the damage policy • Any and all shipping charges are not covered under the damage policy • Any merchandise Collectible Doll Sales deems is not our merchandise from the original sale is not covered
LOSS POLICY
• All of our shipments require credit card holder signature • If we show a confirmed delivery from UPS with signature , we will not be responsible for loss • We check all merchandise thoroughly and make sure all quantities ordered are what is shipped, so we do not cover any claims for shortage
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
• Should you receive the wrong item which is a rare occurrance , we must be notified within 3 business days of you receiving your order and it must be in writing
• It will be the responsibility of the customer to return the wrong merchandise no later than 5 business days after receipt. • Return must be made UPS ground only, insured signature required. Do not use another carrier or it will void replacement You will be given a return authorization number from our office for your return • Any unauthorized returns will be refused • Once we receive and have inspected the return we will either reship free of charge if the original merchandise is still available or issue in house store credit for the return if the item is already sold out at the manufacturer • Store credit will be for the original amount of the order. We do not credit return shipping charges • If we determine it is not our original merchandise, we will not reship or issue credit and you will be notified
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
• If you refuse to sign for your shipment or refuse shipment, and your shipment is returned to us for any reason we will not be responsible for any damage, breakage or to file a UPS claim or issue credit • UPS makes three delivery attempts and leaves notification to the customer after each attempt. If by the third attempt they are unable to deliver your shipment and it is returned to us, customer will be responsible for return and reshipping charges or any damages
INVENTORY AVAILABILITY Collectible Doll Sales handles dolls and collectibles by world re-known artists and manufacturers Due to the hand-made nature of many of these pieces, some items shown on our web-site are not available for immediate delivery. Manufactured pieces also have hand-made components that can delay their arrival in stock. Unless there is an item description or e-mail or web-site announcement specifically stating that an item is in stock, the item may not be in stock.
We will be more than happy to check an item's availability if you email us at angelkisses875@aol.com prior to placing your order We try to answer all email within 72 business hours excluding our Christmas closing
BACK ORDERS, DISCONTINUED AND MERCHANDISE NOT PUT INTO PRODUCTION
• If you purchase an item and it is on back-order , discontinued or not put into production at the manufacturer, we will issue an in house store credit only . We do not issue credit back to the credit card • Your store credit can be applied to any other item from our store website
• If we receive an order in from a vendor and your item is damaged
in transit to us, we issue a store credit only for the amount of your sale
• We issue in house store credits only • In house store credits must be used within 3 months of issue date. After that time the credit will be removed from your store account
